Volleyball Recap: Classical Prep Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Classical Prep faced off against Foundation Christian Academy on Saturday. The Lions came up short against the Panthers, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Lions have suffered since September 24th.

Their offense was headlined by Madelynn Zimmermn and Brianna Behner, who picked up five kills apiece. Zimmermn really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with six. Finally, Mia Milanes kept Classical Prep's defense grounded, leading the team with four blocks.

Classical Prep's loss dropped their record down to 12-9. As for Foundation Christian Academy, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-5.

Classical Prep didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Delphi Academy on the 7th. As for Foundation Christian Academy, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Seffner Christian on the 6th.
