Soccer Recap: Brookville's Undefeated Season over After Five Games

There was early excitement for Brookville after they claimed the first goal on Tuesday, however, they wouldn't score again. They fell just short of the Liberty Minutemen by a score of 2-1. Brookville were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Liberty apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in May of 2024.

Brookville's goal came courtesy of Isaac Kwong, who's now up to three this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Brookville fell to 3-1-1. As for Liberty, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Brookville has already played their next game, a 2-1 loss against Glass on the 4th. As for Liberty, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Jefferson Forest on the 4th.
