Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Blue Ridge). They breezed by the Wolfe City Wolves to the tune of 54-27 on Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Tigers have posted against the Wolves since February 5, 2016.

Despite the loss, Wolfe City saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Noah Adams dropped a double-double on 19 points and 16 rebounds. That was a full 70.4% of Wolfe City's points, marking the fifth time in a row he's posted more than a third of the team's points.

Blue Ridge moved to 3-7 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Wolfe City, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-9.

Blue Ridge didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 56-36 defeat against Perrin-Whitt on the 27th. Wolfe City has also already played their next match, a 62-30 loss against Ford on the 27th.
