Basketball Recap: Dallas County Comes Up Short

Dallas County lost against Southside back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Dallas County Hornets had to suffer through a 50-23 loss at the hands of the Southside Panthers. The loss leaves the Hornets without a win on the season.

Dallas County's defeat dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Southside, they moved to 3-7 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

While Dallas County had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 2:00 p.m. on Friday.
