Loudoun Valley came out on top against Potomac Falls on Friday thanks in part to Braeden Mandichak's efforts. Mandichak made five total tackles (1.0 for loss) and snagged an interception which he returned one-yard for a touchdown, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has been hot recently, having posted five or more total tackles the last four times he's played.

Mandichak and Loudoun Valley will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Loudoun County at 7:00 p.m. on the 10th.
