Basketball Recap: Forsyth Central Comes Up Short

Forsyth Central was the 60-58 winner over South Forsyth when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Forsyth Central Bulldogs fell to the South Forsyth War Eagles 64-60.

Forsyth Central has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 12-9 record this season. As for South Forsyth, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-12.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Forsyth Central won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Denmark at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Forsyth Central is facing Denmark at the right time seeing as Denmark is stuck on a 20-game losing streak. As for South Forsyth, they will also get right back to it: they'll square off against North Forsyth at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
