Volleyball Recap: McDonough Comes Up Short

McDonough was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 15th straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Eagle's Landing Christian Academy Chargers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Warhawks of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-9.

McDonough's loss dropped their record down to 4-21. As for Eagle's Landing Christian Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 20-10-1.

Looking ahead, McDonough will square off against Mt. Zion at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Eagle's Landing Christian Academy, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Hampton on the 23rd.
