Grace faced Butte County in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Grizzlies claimed a resounding 57-12 win over the Pirates. Considering the Grizzlies have won six games by more than 27 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Grace didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Gavin Draper and Chase Smith.

Despite the loss, Butte County still got an impressive performance from Cooper Williams, who rushed for 120 yards and a pair of scores on only nine carries.

The victory was the third in a row for Grace, bringing their record up to 8-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.0 points over those games. As for Butte County, they dropped their record down to 1-8 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season.
