Volleyball Recap: Montgomery Central Comes Up Short

Montgomery Central lost against Creek Wood on September 4th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Indians came up short against the Red Hawks, falling 3-0.

While Montgomery Central was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-23, 25-15.

Montgomery Central's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Creek Wood, they pushed their record up to 27-9 with the victory, which was their seventh straight on the road.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Montgomery Central is set to face off against their familiar foe Cheatham County Central at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Creek Wood will take on rival Fairview at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
