Soccer Recap: Dover's Undefeated Season over After Seven Games

After some red-hot attacks on offense in their last six matches, Dover finally came back down to earth on Tuesday. They fell just short of Hackettstown by a score of 2-1. The loss was Dover's first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Dover fell to 6-1. As for Hackettstown, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Dover will welcome Morristown at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Hackettstown, they will look to defend their home pitch on Saturday against Somerville at 2:00 p.m.
