Ironton was handed a four-goal loss in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Monday. They skirted past the Rock Hill Redmen 1-0. This was a revenge game for Ironton: when they faced off against Rock Hill back in September, they had to take a 1-0 defeat.

Ironton's one-goal win came courtesy of Lakin Jarrell, who's now up to five this season.

Ironton's win bumped their record up to 4-10. As for Rock Hill, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-4.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Ironton beat the Redmen by a score of 2-0 on Wednesday.
