Soccer Recap: Heritage Comes Up Short

Heritage lost against Pittsburg back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Heritage Patriots fell just short of the Pittsburg Pirates by a score of 2-1. That's two games in a row now that the Patriots have lost by just one goal.

Heritage is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-9-4. As for Pittsburg, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 9-2-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Heritage will face off against Antioch at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Antioch's last six matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Pittsburg, they will take on Deer Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
