Greeneville lost to Morristown-Hamblen West back in March of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Greene Devils had just enough and edged out the Trojans 8-7. The game was the first time the Greene Devils have beaten the Trojans on their field since April 4, 2019.

Kyla Jobe was excellent, scoring three runs while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances.

The win got Greeneville back to even at 10-10. As for Morristown-Hamblen West, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 5-6 record.

When Greeneville and Morristown-Hamblen West next hit the field, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose.
