Softball Recap: Rio Linda Knights vs. Casa Roble Rams
In what's become a running theme this season, Rio Linda gave their fans yet another huge win on Wednesday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Casa Roble Rams a 10-0 shutout. Winning may never get old, but Rio Linda sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.
Kaylani Vanderhoof was incredible, scoring three runs while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances. Liviah Johnson was another key contributor, going 2-for-3 with a triple and a run.
On Casa Roble's side, they saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Elizabeth (Lizzy) Seidel, who went 1-for-2 with a stolen base.
