Volleyball Recap: Riverside-Brookfield Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Riverside-Brookfield, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. They came out on top against the West Chicago Wildcats by a score of 2-0 on Tuesday.

The win didn't come easy: West Chicago scored at least 18 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-18.

Riverside-Brookfield's offense was headlined by Alec Oltrogge and Noah Beals, who picked up four kills apiece. They got some help from Liam Keohane and his nine assists.

Riverside-Brookfield is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season. As for West Chicago, with the loss, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 10-4.

Coming up, Riverside-Brookfield will be playing at home against York at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for West Chicago, they will head out to take on Fenton at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
