Riverfield Country Day fought the good fight in their overtime contest against Fort Gibson on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 2-1.

Meanwhile, Regent Prep kept a clean sheet against Locust Grove on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 10-0 margin over the Pirates. The victory continues a trend for Regent Prep in their matchups with Locust Grove: they've now won four in a row.

Regent Prep's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-2. Those road victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those three games. As for Riverfield Country Day, their loss dropped their record down to 1-6.

Riverfield Country Day suffered a grim 7-3 defeat to Regent Prep in their previous matchup back in March of 2024. Can the Ravens avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
