Soccer Recap: Cyprus Takes a Loss

Cyprus was the 4-2 winner over West when they last played one another back in August, but their luck changed this time around. The Pirates fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 1-0 on Friday.

Cyprus dropped their record down to 5-5 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for West, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

Coming up, Cyprus will head out to face off against Granger at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for West, they will face off against Kearns at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. West's defense better be ready for this one: Kearns have averaged an impressive 4.1 goals per game this season.
