Volleyball Recap: Maumee Comes Up Short

Maumee managed to slip by Bowling Green the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Panthers came up short against the Bobcats on Wednesday, falling 3-0. The Panthers just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

While Maumee ultimately came up short, they really made Bowling Green work, particularly in the first set. The final score came out to 27-25, 25-17, 25-12.

Maumee's record is now 12-11. As for Bowling Green, their win bumped their record up to 7-16.

Maumee does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Bowling Green, they are taking a road trip to square off against Celina at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
