Raleigh Christian Academy barely beat Greater Vision Academy the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Eagles blew past the Lions 3-0 on Monday. The victory was familiar territory for the Eagles, who have now won six contests in a row.

One reason for the win was Raleigh Christian Academy's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-14, 25-9.

Alyssa Wagenschutz paced Raleigh Christian Academy's offense, picking up nine kills. Wagenschutz got some help from Jenna Hopkins and her 21 assists. Hopkins also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Becki Harris, racking up six apiece.

Raleigh Christian Academy's record now sits at 6-0. As for Greater Vision Academy, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Raleigh Christian Academy will square off against Oak Level Baptist Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Greater Vision Academy, they will face off against Calvary Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
