Soccer Game Preview: Kentridge vs. Auburn Riverside

The Kentridge Chargers will head out on the road to challenge the Auburn Riverside Ravens at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Last Friday, Kentridge and Mt. Rainier finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw.

Meanwhile, Auburn Riverside fell victim to Tahoma and their airtight defense on Friday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bears. Auburn Riverside have struggled against Tahoma recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

Having lost for the first time this season, Auburn Riverside fell to 4-1-2. With that draw, Kentridge's record moves to 2-3-2.

Kentridge skirted past Auburn Riverside 2-1 in their previous matchup back in April of 2024. Will Kentridge repeat their success, or does Auburn Riverside has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
