Hickory kept a clean sheet against Statesville on Thursday. They blew past the Greyhounds 9-0. Considering Hickory have won 13 matches by more than two goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory made it two in a row for Hickory and bumps their season record up to 17-2-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 18 goals over those two games. As for Statesville, they are on a 13-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-13.
