Basketball Recap: Central Academy Takes a Loss

After flying high against Hamtramck last Tuesday, Central Academy came back down to earth. The Central Academy Falcons were outmatched by the Arbor Prep Gators and fell 66-36. The Falcons have struggled against the Gators recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Central Academy's defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 6-10. As for Arbor Prep, their record is now 11-6.

Coming up, Central Academy will welcome Greenhills at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Central Academy is facing Greenhills at the right time seeing as Greenhills is stuck on a 12-game losing streak. As for Arbor Prep, they will head out on the road to face off against Walled Lake Northern at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
