Forest Park has gone 8-2 against Potomac Senior recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Bruins will be playing at home against the Panthers at 6:00 p.m. Forest Park will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.

On Thursday, Forest Park was able to grind out a solid victory over Colonial Forge, taking the game 9-4.

Meanwhile, Potomac Senior got themselves on the board against Freedom on Friday, but Freedom never followed suit. They were the clear victors by a 15-0 margin over the Eagles. The win continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now won nine in a row.

The team relied heavily on Mia Dunn, who went 2-for-4 with five RBI, one triple, and one run. That triple was her first of the season. Another player making a difference was Lily Titus, who got on base in two of her four plate appearances with two stolen bases and three runs.

Potomac Senior's victory bumped their record up to 3-6. As for Forest Park, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

Everything went Forest Park's way against Potomac Senior in their previous meeting back in May of 2024, as Forest Park made off with a 12-0 win. Will the Bruins repeat their success, or do the Panthers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
