Volleyball Recap: Jackson Memorial Finds Home Court Redemption Against Northern Burlington

There's no place like home for Jackson Memorial, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They came out on top against the Northern Burlington Greyhounds by a score of 2-0 on Thursday.

Jackson Memorial never let Northern Burlington on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-16.

Daniel Barry paced Jackson Memorial's offense, picking up ten kills. Barry got some help from Reyhan Talib and his 20 assists. Finally, Luqman Nazir kept Jackson Memorial's defense grounded, leading the team with six blocks.

Jackson Memorial's win bumped their record up to 17-6. As for Northern Burlington, they dropped their record down to 10-11 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road.

As of now, neither Jackson Memorial nor the Greyhounds have any future games scheduled.
