The Deltona Wolves will square off against the University Titans at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Deltona picked up another tournament win on Monday. They blew past Seabreeze 12-1. The Wolves haven't had any issues with the Sandcrabs recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive win against them.
Tessa Guenette looked comfortable as she tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Amayah Jones was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-3. She has been hot, having posted at least one stolen base the last five times she's played. Kaitlyn Caruso was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.
Deltona kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Seabreeze only managed one hit.
Meanwhile, University waltzed into their match on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They were the clear victors by a 16-9 margin over the Bulldogs.
The team relied heavily on Makayla Palmer, who went 3-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI. Those three hits gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Nina Rios-Cruz, who went 1-for-5 with one home run, three runs, and two RBI.
University pushed their record up to 14-6 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.3 runs over those games. As for Deltona, their victory bumped their record up to 11-2.
Tuesday's contest will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Deltona hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .330. However, it's not like University struggles in that department as they've averaged .338. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
