Basketball Recap: Divide County Comes Up Short

Divide County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Killdeer Cowboys, falling 67-30. The Maroons lost against the Cowboys in their previous head to head back in December of 2023, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 86-20 score last time.

Divide County's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Killdeer, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.

Divide County will be home for the holidays to greet Alexander at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. Killdeer and Stanley will compete for holiday cheer at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
