Draughn had already won seven in a row and they went ahead and made it eight on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the East Rutherford Cavaliers. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 3-1 win back in September.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-20, 25-13.

Bailey Mozeley paced Draughn's offense, picking up 12 kills. Mozeley got some help from Shelby Proffitt and her 22 assists. Proffitt was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Draughn's win bumped their record up to 19-5. As for East Rutherford, they dropped their record down to 8-15 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road.

Draughn didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 victory against Patton on the 15th. As for East Rutherford, they will head out to challenge West Davidson at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
