Basketball Game Preview: Heber Springs Panthers vs. Clinton Yellowjackets

The Heber Springs Panthers will head out on the road to face off against the Clinton Yellowjackets at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, both will really light up the scoreboard.

Last Friday, Heber Springs blew past Robinson, posting a 66-32 win. That's two games straight that the Panthers have won by exactly 34 points.

Meanwhile, Clinton didn't have too much trouble with Morrilton on Friday as they won 56-38. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Yellowjackets.

Heber Springs has also been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a massive bump to their 15-13 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.5 points per game. As for Clinton, their victory bumped their record up to 10-13.

Heber Springs beat Clinton 61-54 in their previous meeting two weeks ago. The rematch might be a little tougher for Heber Springs since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
