Savannah Cato and Blakley Pilgrim were among the main playmakers for Daniel as the former had ten digs and 12 assists and the latter had eight digs and three aces. That's the most aces Pilgrim has posted since back in August.
Meanwhile, Pickens came up short against Dorman on Friday and fell 2-0.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-17.
Daniel has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 14-4 record this season. As for Pickens, their loss dropped their record down to 7-5.
