Baseball Recap: Saint Stephen's Episcopal Comes Up Short

Saint Stephen's Episcopal came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Canterbury Crusaders, falling 10-4. The Falcons were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Crusaders apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2022.

Gabriel Conn was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-2. He has become a key player for Saint Stephen's Episcopal: the team is 3-1 when he posts at least two runs, but 3-4 otherwise.
