Softball Recap: Immokalee Comes Up Short

Immokalee's last matchup with Riverdale could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's contest on Friday. The Indians came up short against the Raiders, falling 7-1. The Indians' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

Immokalee's loss dropped their record down to 7-11. As for Riverdale, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-5.

Looking ahead, Immokalee will be taking part in a tournament against Evangelical Christian at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Riverdale, they will head out on the road to face off against Charlotte at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
