Western Albemarle is 10-0 against Orange County since January of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. Having just played yesterday, the Western Albemarle Warriors will get right back to it and host the Orange County Fighting Hornets at 7:30 p.m. Western Albemarle knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully Orange County likes a good challenge.

On Monday, everything went Western Albemarle's way against Fluvanna County as Western Albemarle made off with a 62-37 win. The Warriors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matchups by 24 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Orange County came up short against Albemarle on Friday and fell 62-54. While losing is never fun, the Fighting Hornets can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Virginia basketball rankings (they are ranked 174th, while the Patriots are ranked 22nd).

Western Albemarle pushed their record up to 15-4 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for Orange County, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 10-9 record this season.

Everything came up roses for Western Albemarle against Orange County when the teams last played back in January, as the squad secured a 73-46 win. Does Western Albemarle have another victory up their sleeve, or will Orange County turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
