The biggest upset of the week belonged to Era, who defeated 902nd ranked Electra, 42-21.

Muenster added to the longest winning streak in 1A-2 Region II District 8 this week by beating Perrin-Whitt, 36-0. The win marks seventh in a row for the the Hornets.

Munday's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Moguls feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Alfonso Nunez has thrown for 287 yards and 1 touchdown this season, while Temerick Reagins has 10 catches for 152 yards. Nunez also leads the league in rushing with 746 yards.

Two of the top teams in the league will go toe-to-toe this week when Munday takes on Muenster. The Moguls' offense has recorded 159 points this season, making them No. 1 in the league, while Brady Carney's team has permitted only 45 on the year.

The Pirates are in second place, while the Hornets are in third place.

Munday moved up to 961 from 994 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in 1A-2 Region II District 8. Patrick Corcoran's team was able to move up by defeating Petrolia 26-0.
