Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Mount Si). Everything went their way against the Skyline Spartans on Friday as they made off with a 5-1 win. The high-scoring effort was just what Mount Si needed considering they were shut out in their previous contest.

Mount Si is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-2-3 record this season. As for Skyline, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-6.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Mount Si is set to face off against their familiar foe Eastlake at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Skyline will take on rival Bothell/Inglemoor at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
