North Baltimore strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They breezed past the Ridgedale Rockets to the tune of 42-12. With the Tigers ahead 34-0 at the half, the contest was all but over already.

North Baltimore was led to victory by Brody Walter and Luke Long. Walter rushed for 145 yards and three TDs, while Long threw for 231 yards and a pair of touchdowns while completing 76.7% of his passes. Walter also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making five total tackles and defending one pass in addition to snagging an interception. 94 of Long's passing yards were hauled in by Cooper Clark, who also brought in a receiving touchdown.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: North Baltimore was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 221 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 221 rushing yards in four consecutive games.

North Baltimore's win bumped their record up to 7-0. As for Ridgedale, their loss dropped their record down to 3-4.

Looking ahead, North Baltimore will be playing at home against Ridgemont at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Tigers will need to watch out since the Golden Gophers have now posted at least 31 points in their last three matchups. As for Ridgedale, they will venture away from home to take on Cory-Rawson at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Rockets will be up against the Fighting Hornets' rather soft defense (which has allowed 39.14 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
