Volleyball Recap: 14 Straight Home Victories for Maple Mountain

Maple Mountain waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Salem Hills Skyhawks. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in March.

The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-15, 25-21.

Maple Mountain found their leader in freshman McKay Beattie, who had 15 digs and one assist. Brody Harrison also deserves some recognition as he served his first ace of the season.

Maple Mountain couldn't miss and finished the game having scored on 42.3% of their attack attempts. The last time their hitting percentage was this high was back in March.

Maple Mountain pushed their record up to 22-1 with the win, which was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season. As for Salem Hills, their loss dropped their record down to 10-10.
