Baseball Recap: Monarch Knights vs. Cypress Bay Lightning
Monarch was the 11-4 winner over Cypress Bay when they last played one another back in March of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Monarch Knights fell 11-8 to the Cypress Bay Lightning on Tuesday.
Adriel Gonzalez made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 3-for-4 with a home run, three RBI, and a double. Another player making a difference was Diego Rojas, who scored three runs while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.
