Recap: Fallston Cougars vs. Havre de Grace Warriors
The Fallston Cougars won the last time they faced the Havre de Grace Warriors, and things went their way on Monday too. Fallston blew past Havre de Grace, posting a 53-22 win at home.
Ayla Galloway was her usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 19 points and 13 rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Fallston's points. Another player making a difference was Lilly Burns, who scored 12 points along with five steals.
Fallston has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. As for Havre de Grace, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-6.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fallston will play host again and welcome Notre Dame Prep, where tip off is scheduled for 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday. Notre Dame Prep is coming into the contest hot, having won their last three games. As for Havre de Grace, they will be playing at home against Harford Tech at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday. Harford Tech is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak.
