Basketball Recap: Koliganek Comes Up Short on the Road Against Bristol Bay

Koliganek kicked off their season on the road on Wednesday and hit a couple of potholes. The matchup between them and the Bristol Bay Angels didn't end well, with the Koliganek Huskies falling 59-44. The Huskies have struggled against the Angels recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Olivia Harvilla was her usual excellent self, putting up 30 points for Bristol Bay. Another player making a difference was Brooke Phelps, who posted 12 points.

Bristol Bay has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 6-2 record this season.

Koliganek does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Bristol Bay, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 48-25 win against Tanalian on the 24th.
