Softball Recap: Mainland Regional Comes Up Short

Mainland Regional fell victim to St. Joseph and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Wildcats, falling 10-0. The Mustangs haven't had much luck with the Wildcats recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Mainland Regional's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for St. Joseph, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-2.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Wildcats beat Mainland Regional by a score of 11-0 later that day.
