Softball Recap: Glendale Prep Academy Comes Up Short

Glendale Prep Academy lost against Arizona Lutheran Academy back in April of 2019, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Glendale Prep Academy Griffins lost 12-4 to the Arizona Lutheran Academy Coyotes. The loss was the Griffins' first of the season.

Glendale Prep Academy saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Karin DeStefano, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Having lost for the first time this season, Glendale Prep Academy fell to 2-1. As for Arizona Lutheran Academy, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Glendale Prep Academy will square off against Wickenburg at 3:45 p.m. on Friday. Arizona Lutheran Academy will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Highland Prep at 3:45 p.m. on March 24th.
