Basketball Recap: Grosse Ile Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Airport, Grosse Ile was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They snuck past the Milan Big Reds with a 38-34 victory. The win was some much needed relief for the Red Devils as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Grosse Ile's victory bumped their record up to 3-8. As for Milan, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season.

Grosse Ile will be playing in front of their home fans against Dundee at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Milan, they will head out on the road to challenge Pinckney at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Pinckney's defense has only allowed 30 points per game this season, so Milan's offense will have their work cut out for them.
