Softball Recap: Windsor Comes Up Short

Windsor came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Leland & Gray Rebels, falling 10-1. Having soared to a lofty 20 runs in the game before, the Yellowjackets couldn't push the score so high this time.

Windsor saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Cassie Clark, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base. Clark has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times she's played.

Windsor dropped their record down to 1-14 with the loss, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season. As for Leland & Gray, their victory bumped their record up to 4-1.

As of now, neither Windsor nor the Rebels have any future games scheduled.
