Baseball Recap: D'Evelyn Takes a Loss

After flying high against Englewood last Saturday, D'Evelyn came back down to earth. The Jaguars came up short against the Dakota Ridge Eagles on Tuesday, falling 13-5.

Cameron McLetchie was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with one home run and three RBI. That home run was his first of the season.

D'Evelyn's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Dakota Ridge, their win bumped their record up to an identical 2-8.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. D'Evelyn is set to take on their familiar foe Evergreen at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Dakota Ridge will square off against rival Standley Lake at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
