While Gray's Creek put up plenty of runs on Wednesday, the same can't be said for Douglas Byrd. Everything went the Gray's Creek Bears' way against the Douglas Byrd Eagles as the Gray's Creek Bears made off with a 22-0 victory. That looming 22-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Bears yet this season.

Tyler Jasinski made a splash while hitting and pitching. He tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one walk in four consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, scoring two runs while going 1-for-2.

In other batting news, Gray's Creek got a massive performance out of Riley Peterson, who scored two runs and stole Two bases. while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances. Peyton Stanton was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-4.

Gray's Creek kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 14 hits. That's a new trend for them: they were averaging 4.8 hits per game earlier this season, but in their last 15 matches they've averaged 10.4.
