Soccer Game Preview: Tuloso-Midway vs. King

Tuloso-Midway and King are an even 3-3 against one another since January of 2020, but likely not for long. The Tuloso-Midway Warriors & Cherokees will square off against the King Brahmas at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Tuloso-Midway will be strutting in after a victory while King will be coming in after a loss.

Tuloso-Midway hadn't beaten Rockport-Fulton on the road since January 11, 2019 but that history sure didn't bother them on Tuesday. Tuloso-Midway blew past Rockport-Fulton 6-1. The Warriors & Cherokees might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six contests by four goals or more this season.

Meanwhile, after soaring to six goals the game before, King was a bit more limited in their match on Friday. They lost 12-1 to Ingleside. The defeat continues a trend for the Brahmas in their matchups with the Mustangs: they've now lost seven in a row.

Tuloso-Midway's win bumped their record up to 6-10. As for King, their loss dropped their record down to 3-15.

Tuloso-Midway took their victory against King in their previous matchup back in January by a conclusive 9-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Tuloso-Midway since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
