Basketball Game Preview: Crockett County Cavaliers vs. Dyer County Choctaws

Crockett County hasn't had much luck against Dyer County recently, but that could start to change on Saturday. The Cavaliers will welcome the Choctaws at 6:00 p.m. Crockett County will be strutting in after a win while Dyer County will be coming in after a defeat.

On Thursday, Crockett County strolled past Haywood with points to spare, taking the game 70-55. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Cavaliers.

Meanwhile, Dyer County didn't have quite enough to beat South Gibson on Thursday and fell 38-36. The Choctaws have struggled against the Hornets recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

The victory got Crockett County back to even at 11-11. As for Dyer County, they now have a losing record of 10-11.
