Basketball Recap: Tolman/Shea Snags Fourth Win in Last Five Games

Tolman/Shea secured a 37-31 W over the St. Raphael Academy Saints on Thursday thanks in part to Gonzalez, who went 6 for 14 en route to 19 points along with six rebounds and four steals. She has been hot for a while, having posted three or more steals the last ten times she's played.

Tolman/Shea is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a massive bump to their 9-8 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.0 points per game. As for St. Raphael Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-5.

Tolman/Shea will face off against North Kingstown at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. North Kingstown will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something Tolman/Shea surely won't give up without a fight. As for St. Raphael Academy, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 38-27 win against East Greenwich on the 31st.
