Softball Recap: Marion Triumphs

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Marion). They skirted past the Northland Lutheran Wildcats 6-5. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Mustangs have posted since April 8, 2024.

Marion's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-4. As for Northland Lutheran, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 3-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Marion will head out to face off against Port Edwards at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Northland Lutheran, they will venture away from home to challenge Tigerton at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
