Soccer Recap: Proctor Gets the Win

Proctor took a four-goal loss the last time they faced off against West Rutland, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Phantoms beat the Golden Horde by a goal, winning 2-1. This was payback for Proctor, who suffered a 4-0 defeat the last time these two teams met.

The victory made it two in a row for Proctor and bumps their season record up to 4-2-1. As for West Rutland, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Proctor will venture away from home to face off against Grace Christian at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for West Rutland, they will head out to take on Otter Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
